Terms of Service

NexCard provides a platform for creating, customizing, and sharing digital business cards. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use NexCard.

You sign in through Google or Apple. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own everything you put on your card — your name, photo, contact details, and links. By uploading content to NexCard, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the service (for example, showing your card to someone who opens your link).

You agree not to

• Use NexCard for illegal activity or to distribute harmful content
• Upload content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use automated tools to scrape data or create accounts in bulk

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, at our discretion.

NexCard offers a one-time $20 Lifetime Premium upgrade. This is a single payment — no subscriptions, no hidden fees. Once purchased, Premium features are yours for as long as NexCard exists.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Premium features, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

NexCard generates digital passes for Apple Wallet. These passes contain the information from your card and are stored on your device. Apple's own terms and privacy practices apply to the Wallet app itself. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

We aim to keep NexCard running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the service — or the service entirely — at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a permanent shutdown, we are not obligated to maintain your data but will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice so you can export your information. If we make changes that materially affect your use of paid features, we will provide reasonable notice.

NexCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (up to $20).

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the service. Continued use of NexCard after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
